对感恩节暂时还没有太大的感觉，体验过不知道会怎么样。但是有一点能让站长非常有兴趣的就是感恩节大餐。总结下长胖的心得：对食物要有热情，饿了就要吃，食物尽量放到伸手就可以拿到的地方，多吃肉，多喝水，睡眠充足，少用脑。发现回来休息了1个月，明显长了一点肉。真是有成就感，希望能够继续保持。
